PayPal.com. Each sites' servers use SSL (Secure

Shipping
Information
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground. We will e-mail you the
confirmation number, if applicable, when your order ships.
Standard
shipping and handling rates:
shipping and handling is calculated in the shopping cart
based on your location (US, Canada, or other country), item
weight, and quantity of items. Prices reflect USPS postal
rates, confirmation services, and packaging.
Sales Tax
New York
residents, 8.75% sales tax will be added to your order.Customers from other states are required to pay sales
tax according to their individual state’s tax requirements.
Using a Money Order
US and international customers may pay with a
money order by choosing "Money Order" from the payment options in
the shopping cart. Your shopping cart information will be emailed to

Money Orders must be in US Dollars.
Your item(s) will be shipped within 1-3 business
days of receiving your money order. If the money order is not
received within 10 days of receiving the
yvettejonesdesigns@hotmail.com
address email, the item
will be returned to stock. If the money order arrives later and the
item is still available, it will be shipped to you.
Please note: money orders for an incorrect
amount, higher or lower than the price supplied by
ChicDesigns by
Yvette, will not be accepted. You will be notified
and your money order will be returned.
Return Policy
If you're not happy with your merchandise
you can return most purchases for a (credit) refund or
exchange. You must arrange for a(credit) refund or exchange within 7 days of
receiving your purchase.The item must be returned in the same
condition in which it was received. Do not return an
item until you have contacted
ChicDesigns by
Yvetteand
have received instructions.
Earrings are not returnable due to health
considerations. Custom designed items are not returnable
unless an error is made by the designer. Remember that in
many cases items are one-of-a-kind and can not be exchanged
for the same item, however, you may
exchange for a different item.
If you have paid by PayPal, you
can only receive a refund to the same PayPal account
that you used to place the order. If you have paid
by credit card, you can only receive a refund to the
same credit card you used to place the order. If you
have paid by money order, you can receive your
refund via check, money order, or PayPal.
You are responsible for the cost
of shipping the item back to
ChicDesigns by
Yvette and the order's
original shipping/handling charges are
non-refundable. Refunds will be processed when item
is received by
ChicDesigns by
Yvettein the same
condition in which it was received. We reserve
the right to reject inspection, we determine that it
has not been returned to us in the condition that we
shipped to you.
We recommend that you insure your
return package. You are responsible for proof of
delivery, such as USPS Delivery Confirmation; as we
cannot be responsible for damaged or lost
merchandise that occurs in transit to
ChicDesigns by
Yvette.
